Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 white or yellow onions, quartered
- 4 potatoes, cut in one-inch chunks
- 1/2 c. celery, cut in one-inch chunks
- 8 whole large mushrooms
- 2 beef bouillon cubes (optional)
- 1 T. Italian seasonings
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Black pepper to taste
- Below is the ingredients for the soup mixture
- I can (10 oz) tomato soup
- 1 c. water or red wine (or half cup each)
- 1 c. water or red wine (or half cup each)

Instructions
- Combine all the soup mixture ingredients and mix until smooth. (you can also add anyother vegetables and substitut them)
- Add everything else in a crock pot
- Pour soup mixture over ingredients.
Cook on low for 8-12 hours.
